How does PC Tune-UP online support work?
 
 
1. Complete a support ticket: When you click on the link above and fill out a help/support ticket you will be able to chat online with a Aegis support Tehinician who will interview you on line to determinewhat online services are right for you.
 
2. Connect to the Technician: That same support techician will take you through what the service includes and will then take control of your computer. You can sit back and watch as the service is performed or feel free to walk away and do other tasks while services are performed. If you do have any questions, the tehnician will remain online via chat.
 
3. Relax and rate your experience: At the end of your service the technician will review the procedures they performed and will disconnect from your computer. Once the session is complete, you will be able to score and give geedback regarding your experience.
